Four and five axes
The machining centres in Nahariya work in four and five axes: three linear moves and two rotary axes, without unclamping the part and setting it up again.

The equipment
24 CNC machines: four- and five-axis machining centres and mill-turn lathes with a Y axis. The milling envelope reaches X-3000 / Y-1500.

Materials and limits
Mill-turning up to Ø2,000 mm in diameter. Our inspection room holds a coordinate measuring machine (CMM), so dimensional verification is done here and not at an outside house.

Why it matters to a buyer
The machined part never moves between vendors. The same house designs, machines, welds, builds the panel and assembles — and measures on its own CMM. One line of responsibility, with no requalification when a job crosses from one process to the next.
